Hopefully someone can help with this annoying problem we're having!

We deploy various printers via GPP - the deployment itself is fine. However to stop printers following users profiles, we have tried to add a "Delete All" preference to run first. It is set to run in the users context (as are the actual deployments) but doesn't actually do anything.

Event logs show that it fails with an "Access Denied" error - which I know can happen when it's not set to run as the users security context - but in this case it is!

It's starting to annoy me, so any insight would be much appreciated!

We've recently moved to a central print server for PaperCut (used to print direct to printer IPs), and have the 'Delete all' set before the assigned printers.

Only difference is probably that I assign the GPO to the computers I want specific printers to appear on, and enable loopback processing to apply the user part.
