mowgli82 Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Hi Guys, We had Papercut MF installed over the summer which syncs with AD. All users on the first import during installation came across fine however today I have created some new users and run a manual sync but the new users haven't come across? Any ideas? Thanks

Steve21 Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 If you're clicked sync now it'll pull them across unless they aren't in the right OUs/Groups etc You got the "import users from" all setup correctly? Steve
