Hi everyone

Please accept my apologies if this questions has been asked a million times before, but I was unable to find anything on the forums.

I am about to set-up a new tracking system in SIMS and was wondering if there is a way to bulk create mark sheets, ideally by importing a spreadsheet or something similar.

At my previous school, I manually created each mark sheet, which took a lot(!) of time. I have already created the required aspects, grade sets and result sets and it's just a matter of putting the mark sheets together.

If possible, I'd also like to include some conditional formatting in the mark sheets.

Many thanks in advance for you support.

Apologies if I have misunderstood your question.

Once you have made the first one exactly how you want it to look, you can now clone templates, allowing you to swap aspects eg Art to Dance, and also over type the column descriptions, so you get asked the question about which text to replace. It's saved me lots of time since they introduced it and as long as you triple check your first template before you clone, it does eliminate errors compared to when you have 50 to make one by one.

Once the template is made, that's the point you add the marksheets for the relevant classes.
