Two of my administrators have Windows laptops that I wanted to push out our 802.x authentication via GPO. Looking at the logs they're being denied due to dial-in properties. I have checked the user account and it is set to "control access through NPS". Also, in the policy "ignore dial-in" is checked off. Any reason why this is an issue?

Also, I have now moved our admins from the staff group to a new admin group in AD. If I add that group in the NPS policy, the NPS server ignores the policy and moves down the list to the next policy. Once I remove the admin group, it works fine again. What's going on?
