ICT consultant - Oxford - 20,000 - 28,000

We are currently recruiting for an ICT consultant / IT consultant / IT Technician / ICT Technician / Field engineer, for a large education IT Support Company who provides support to schools.

the company is an outstanding establishment growing rapidly.

Your role will include ensuring that schools improve the standard of their ICT and deliver effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include; being the first port of call for all your schools ICT needs, provide communication with your schools, ensure schools are aware of all the services the company have to offer, work with the schools development team ensuring that the school are getting the best level of service. You will need to resolve any technical issues that are affecting the running of the school, you will need to resolve any network problems, server failure or back up issues, managing active directory, major software updates, general issues with PCs, Ipads and other ICT equipment.

It is essential you are educated to A level or similar, have any relevant IT qualifications, experience with ICT technical issues and basic knowledge of programming.

this field based role is based in Oxford paying 20,000 - 28,000 dependant on experience, also includes benefits such as, free oyster card or mileage, pension and Microsoft exams.

Other experience may include; Microsoft windows server, SQL 2005/8, Exchange 2010, SAN/LAN/WAN/Wifi, Microsoft office 2007/2010/2012, SIMS , CC3 or CC4, VLE learning environment, community connect, whiteboard or smartboard, classroom, infrastructure and virtualisation.
