World of Warships - Does anyone here play?

Hi all,

 

After some people to sail into battle with if anyone on here plays World of Warships? Only on tier 4 Battleships atm so could use some backup!!

 

Drop your steam names below if you do and I'll add you so we can play sometime!!

 

What ships/tiers/ship tree are you working through?

I'm playing it off and on, alongside World of Tanks and Hearthstone. My Port currently has: South Carolina, Clemson, Isukaze (sp?) and Myogi in it, I've unlocked the Phoenix but not bought it yet as I'm not sure if I want to continue down the cruiser line. The South Carolina and Myogi will both be replaced once I unlock the Carriers but that's going to be a while.

I played the beta, and I really wanted to get into it but it's exactly the same as War Thunder/World of Tanks etc in terms of pure repetitive grinding which I don't enjoy..

I've just surpassed the South Carolina and moved into the Wyoming T4 BB. Only played one battle with it so far, certainly seemed to be upgrade, 20k more health, two more 305mm gun turrets and more range!! So looking forward to using it just need someone to escort me in a cruiser or destroyer as I find myself alone most of time as the higher tier BB's just sit around 14/15km away and I need to be closer than that. Do you have Steam, if so DM me your name and I'll add you, maybe we can have a game or two soon?

@Arreks that's a shame. I've not played WoT but I have played War Thunder which I enjoyed. Have you tried playing with someone? I find it's easier to get XP if your with someone who you can have some sort of strategy with?
