Eeek - got this from | GL Education Hosted Service | when I went to update the register for our CATS test next week.

I rung their support but they didn't convince me a fix was imminent, and they sent me this:

 

I am sorry that you are currently unable to use the Testwise service.

 

We have been notified by a number of users that they were experiencing problems when trying to access the site to carry out tests or run reports. After initial testing we believe that a significant number of our customers would be likely to be affected. As a result we have made the decision to take the site down in order to enable us to work as quickly as possible to find a solution that will work for all of our customers.

 

The Testwise system and data are fully working, and your data and reports are secure. The problem lies with an outside resource that Testwise uses to deliver the service. We are working to try and narrow down the root cause. Any fixes that we find and implement will have to be fully tested before we make the Testwise service available.

 

All our technical support resources are directed to finding a resolution to the problem and we will update you as soon as we have identified a solution.

It all went down Monday morning during a session and we got the same error. Seems like a woeful system.

 

Our current issue is that some students can't take the test because clicking a traffic light fails to load the exam.
