We have just signed up to roombookingsystem and its all up and running as it should be. We want our staff to sign into it using their AD credentials but don't have a public facing IP address. Just wondering if anyone else has the AD side up and running and can offer some advise - Thanks.

You will need a static public IP address and open port 636 (ldaps) on your firewall so that roombookingsystem can securely talk to your AD.

Thanks for singing up! We now support SAML Authentication so you can use ADFS for SSO. This requires no ports to be opened.

It's more tricky to set up at your end and we can only offer limited support with the configuration on your side.

We're about to announce this new feature in an upcoming newsletter, so in the meantime if you'd like to set this up please drop us an email.
