Promothean active board is not turning on

The promethean active board is not turning on. I have check the connection from the board and computer but it is still not working. Pls help. Thanks!

Hi jocm0723,

When you say the board isn't turning on, do you mean the ActivBoard itself or the projector?

IT would also be useful to know what model of ActivBoard you have, the model (or product code) will be on the serial number sticker, which depending on the age oif the board could be in one of 3 locations:

1. On the rear of the ActivBoard.

2. On the rear of the ActivBoard on a small plastic tag that will pull around on the bottom left of the board as you look at it.

3. On the side of the ActivBoard.

 

Once we have this we will be able to assist further.
