Startup Script not running

I have a few computer startup scripts which are not working in Windows 10.

 

I haven't got the error to hand but eventvwr basically states it could not run them.

 

Anyone else seeing this problem?

We have one written in perl here that isn't running on Windows 10 it just sticks, however it had started being a bit stick on Win 7 sometimes but a log off / on fixed that but on my Win 10 PC it doesn't run anytime or manually. We are looking to move away from it to GPP as all it did was some drive mapping based on memberships which now GPP exists means its redundant (script is VERY old and no one has ever bothered to replace it when GPP came out to have the ability to look at Security Groups to map extras's based on that)
