Exchange 2013 Default OWA Policy

Hello

 

I've created a new OWA Policy on our local Exchange 2013 server with custom settings,

 

Whenever I create a new Mailbox I would like this custom policy to be automatically assigned to new mailboxes which are created.

 

I've run the set-owamailboxpolicy 'default' option to True, and the change is confirmed by the Get-Owamailboxpolicy command, however when I create a new mailbox the policy is not applied.

 

I still have to go into the 'View Details' of the user, and select my new 'Custom' Policy from there.

 

Can anyone help on this one?
