Email Signatures with Exchange

At the moment we have a transport rule which is set to apply the school disclaimer to the end of each email that leaves the domain. I have been thinking about changing our signatures for staff as each one contains their name, job title and school details. There is no point having the schools details on the email when sent internally so I thought I would add these to a mail transport rule so when an email is being sent outside it adds these details on the bottom of the email.

 

Here where I am getting a bit stuck, is there a way to add the school details directly to a message instead of it sat right at the bottom of the email with the disclaimer? Having the disclaimer at the bottom is great but not the school details. Ive done a quick search on google and found that codetwo are possibly the only provider who can do this.

 

I have seen this article How to set up email disclaimers on Exchange Server 2010 but like it says at the bottom of the article:

 

The native Exchange 2010 email signature mechanism has a few drawbacks such as:

•inability to insert the signature directly under new reply/forward;

•no embedded/inline images;

•signatures not visible in senders’ Sent Items folders;

•inability to remove blank lines if an Active Directory variable is not updated;

•lack of WYSIWYG HTML editor;

•lack of secure remote access option for non-IT staff.

 

The bit I'm wanting to do is the insert the signature directly under new reply/forward. Our staff run OWA here rather than outlook. Only office staff run outlook and there are only about 10 of them.
