Homer Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Morning all Is anybody a customer of OP Software? I've been looking into getting their helpdesk, and I was about to purchase but they appear to have disappeared? I can't get hold of anybody on the phone, the person I was emailing doesn't reply and it all seems a little odd. I did know that they were moving offices and had a lot of problems but it now seems they have dropped off the face of the earth! Anybody a customer who can shed light on what's going on? Cheers guys
plexer Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 They did have some issues with their connectivity the other week after BT dug a moat around their local cab but that shouldn't be too much of a factor. Ozan should be around. Ben
