Sophos UTM and Firefly VLE

We have just installed Sophos UTM (moving on from an old ISA server) and have had a fun day sorting out filtering, web protection etc and generally it has gone really well.

One thing that I cant seem to crack is publishing our Firefly VLE. I can get it sort of work but not fully.

 

Essentially when you go to the site you are supposed to get a login form which allows you to login using either your network credentials or Firefly's own network credentials. However all you get is a standard pop up login box. I can login using that as a domain user and the site works fine but I cant login as a Firefly user as I don't get the login screen.

 

Anyone out there using this combination and has got it to work.

It's been a long day and I am probably missing something.
