BG Info Help - Black Background

Hello,

 

I've deployed BG Info as part of our new system image, and it worked fine in testing, but now it's on several machines I've hit a problem.

 

I deploy the students wallpaper via GPO so they can't alter it, and BG Info runs at Startup via a schortcut that points to the settings file on the C:\ drive.

 

The problem I'm having is that BG Info will not copy the wallpaper and overwrite the text to it. It either A) displays the default Windows 7 wallpaper or b) shows a black background.

 

Has anybody else come accross this before? If so, how did you fix it?

What size are the files after BG looks at it? Generally see those when it's too large for the file size etc
