beancole Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Hi all, going to buy some more memory for my server. Gone to Mr Memory and found ram upgrades for my dell t610 memory options include;- 1333Mhz ECC unbuffered 1333Mhz EEC registered 1066Mhz EEC registered I found it odd that 1066Mhz is more expensive than 1333 Dell PowerEdge T610 Memory RAM Upgrades - FREE Delivery & Guaranteed Compatible | Mr Memory® Is this just as it's less available? I just didn't get it. Am I missing some reason why 1066 is a better option?
Roberto Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Yes, it will be because there's less requirement for it, so its correspondingly rarer. 1
