Agreed - a proper recourse instead of You-Tube shaming.

I dunno, Youtube shaming has it's good bits. For example all the Driving in Russia videos! What better way then to spend a day watching citizens with little to no intelligence and/or more alcohol in their body than blood take to the roads. That includes some of the emergency services!
