[sims] Printing Timetables - 5 lessons to 7 lesson days

We are moving this year from a 5 lesson day to 7 lesson day.

 

If I change the date on the student or member of staff timetable page to a date in September, it shows the correct timetable.

 

If however, I try to view / print the timetables via Reports > Timetables > Student Timetables and change the date to September again it shows only the first 5 lessons of the day i.e. the same lesson structure as currently. Have we missed a step out in order for the 7 lessons to be reflected in these reports?

You need to re-apply the timetable as you have made a change to the cycle. Also make sure you upload the cycle

Sorry Nick, I should have pointed out the timetable has been applied. I am guessing the cycle is right as the timetables show fine in the staff and student profile pages. I'll give it a go though.
