Office 365, ADFS logging in problems.

Hi,

 

I tried searching for these 2 problem but haven't found anything on it.

 

I've just finished setting up ADFS to use with office 365 for single sign on however am now encountering a couple of issues.

 

If I go to https:///adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon I can sign in, no problems. Once a user goes to office365.com to login, the page redirects to our organizational site and once login details are entered, it appears to accept them but then just prompts for details again and carries on in a loop.

 

Next problem. Prior to setting this up and importing users from AD, I had created some accounts in the cloud using the same domain name for the email address. Now when I go to login with them, the page redirects to our organizational site but then gives me the error: Incorrect user ID or password. Type the correct user ID and password, and try again.

 

Any help with this would be great.
