A Go 4 Schools request on Detention Management

Anyone have a system set up for tracking detentions in G4S?

 

I've got a really basic system, but it doesn't really work as it just simply counts how many detentions a student has had, how many they've attended (I've made incidents for both attending and not attending, that's how I have teacher's doing registers).

 

It doesn't give me all the info I want though - I'd like to know what they are in for, who put them there, and when it happened.

 

it all comes out in the exports - I just haven't sat down and spent tons of time on it.

 

and now I'm hoping someone here has, and is willing to share what they use, so that I can work from something.
