Copy clipboard in word showing other users items.

I have been told that when pupils are using word 2003 on the network and copy items into the clipboard list, other users in the same room can see each others copied items on the clipboard.

 

I am guessing it is because we point the users to the same profile which is a mandatory profile.

 

 

Any other suggestions?
