Senior IT Support Supervisor

 

Salary:

Band 8 (£33,025 - £35,689) - School’s own salary scale, commensurate with experience and qualifications + ILW

 

The College

 

As part of the corporate services team, deliver a high level of customer service, whilst being responsible for ensuring that all IT services at post holders home Academy are delivered both reliably and safely for all users. Ensure that faults and requests are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the users work. In addition to ensure that service being delivered meets the needs of the Principal of that Academy.

 

The role

 

As part of the corporate services team, We are looking for an individual to deliver a high level of customer service, whilst being responsible for ensuring that all IT services at Hatcham College are delivered both reliably and safely for all users. Ensure that faults and requests are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the users work.

 

Key responsibilities and objectives

• Meet with the Business Manager, Federation IT Services Manager and Academy Head of ICT Curriculum at least once a fortnight

• Managing the reprographics department

• Meet each IT Technician at least once a fortnight to review tasks in hand, tasks completed and performance

• Conduct full site inspections and create a snag list four times a year
