Help! Locked out of GAFE account

Hi,

 

We have a GAFE account for our school that was originally DirSync'd with AD but not really used that much. We changed our email format and wanted to update all the logins so I used GAM with a CSV to start renaming the accounts.

 

However, Google didn't seem to like that and have blocked all of our admin accounts with no way to unlock them. I have tried phoning them but need a PIN number which we can't get without logging in.

 

Does anyone know how to contact Google in this situation?
