Does anyone have an idea of how I can disable users forwarding emails to a personal account?

Looked all over the tenant and can't quite find what I'm looking for. Also a myriad of different sites with PS scripts - however struggling to find anything that will disable this feature.

You can do a rule to stop "auto" forwards to external people if that's what you mean, but don't think you can stop just any "manual" forward externally

Hahahaha at 'no you pillock' - yeah that's the one, I've actually just put something like that in place, however I'm also reading it may not apply for kiosk access.

I don't think you can, but I guess it should be established why they're doing it?

I think you're right, which frankly is a poor show it can't be disabled. The users have all signed an AUP policy document stipulating not to forward, however sheer ignorance can often play a part... Hence it should be controlled by ECP.

Unless of course it takes a while for the setting to propagate.

That's only for forwarding though, as in by rule to set to forward. It won't stop a manual forward e.g. clicking forwarding and hitting send.

Which is it you're after?

Can this rule be set to allow forwarding of emails against specific accounts?

Automated forwarding? Or manual?

If you mean my first one you can just add an exclusion to the "who" if you mean the second one youd have to duplicate the default policy, allow forwarding in the second one and assign that policy to said users.

I have disabled auto-forwarding all all my accounts with a mail flow rule.

By specific accounts i'm not sure if you mean internal accounts or external (destination).

If you mean internal you could add an IF for either a specific person, group or domain.

Block auto forward to external address

If the message...

Is sent to 'Outside the organization'

and Is message type 'Auto-forward'

Do the following...

Delete the message without notifying the recipient or sender
