Migration to OneDrive for Business

My organization is currently looking to move all user home directories to OD4B, I am looking for an easy way to make the move without having to hire a 3rd party to do it. All users already have OD4B accounts through O365, but we need to set up the sync client, and get the URL from their personal OD4B acct. This way the files sync down to the local pc, and all "my documents, pictures, videos" sync the their OD4B.

 

Any advice on this would be very appreciated.
