Wireless Printing form mutipile devices windows, mac, android tablets

We are looking to roll out tablet devices and support various BYOD tablets on our network, I would like some sort of wireless printing through a web interface, something like IPP printing. does anyone have a solution that would work across multiple OS platforms on tablets to allow users to print direct to a printer in our network, all the printers are HP and all are networked plus we have networked toshiba copiers for colour jobs. Has anybody got any good ideas, would like a one stop solution if such a thing exists?

We use a product called everyone print. There are apps for mobile devices, and native airprint support(You will need to use an mDNS relay if the tablets are on a different VLAN to the server). Email printing is also possible. The licence that includes the office conversion engine will make life easier.
