Kalny Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 We're trying out Azure. We can't RDP to the server though because of the county proxy. I'm having to use a 3G router to get across to it. This isn't something I can keep using, so I've tried to get Teamviewer working on the VM but no matter what I do whenever I log in using Teamviewer through our normal internet connection, I get the error: "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probable due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized Remote Desktop Session." This is with unattended access setup and I've given the server rights to interact with the desktop. I've also tried something called Ammyy Admin and that yields a similar result. In short, is there anything I can do to get this working properly?
