wjec / eduqas display cut off

Hi

 

Has anyone had any issues reported to them with wjec.co.uk or eduqas.co.uk? I have one user on one machine which chops off the display incorrectly at the bottom of the page. If you scroll down roughly half the page the it starts displaying the page correctly again, however there is a white gap in between what it displays at the top and displays after scrolling. Have tried removing and reinstalling IE11 which at first I thought had fixed it but it turns out it hasn't, the issue has reappeared.

 

Anyone any hints?

graphics drivers on the machine correct and up to date ? flash/java too ? that can usually cause issues with displays on screens and websites.

Will check the graphics drivers although I'm fairly certain they are the latest version. You have given me an idea to check another machine of the same type though....
