csf firewall & whmsonic.

Think I am doing something daft.

 

I installed whmsonic plugin and seems to installed ok.

Add a server to an account this completes ok.

setup auto dj ok

 

If go to http://www.russdev.com/radiostatus/stats.php shows running ok.

 

If go to http://209.97.196.77:8500 does not let me in. I have added to csf 7000:9000 to tcp, upd ports both in and out. Restarted firewall.

 

The fact that stats site is seeing stuff think firewall issue anyideas.

Had a look and can't see anything you could do beyond what you say you've already done.

 

Best I can suggest is find out if maybe there's something else closer to home blocking things. Otherwise, take a deep breath and try applying all the changes again.

Well update in end whm sonic team looked at it and we worked out that it was the fortigate firewall that is on my server.

 

Anyway all sorted and works..

Whoops... I would have said but I figured you already knew that they leave barely any ports open at all at rackforce for anything other than WHM, Cpanel and the basic servers.
