MattDLEA Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Another ipad question, been handed a ipad from a teacher my son set up a password and forgot it now its doing this. Ipad turns on black screen with white apple logo then screen goes white with black apple logo on apple logo goes off screen stays white apple logo flicks on and off every so oftern. Any ideas?
tmoon-mint Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Plug the device into a computer using a USB Cable while holding down the home button, this will put it in DFU mode. You should be able to restore the device in iTunes from here.
