[ms office - 2013] PowerPoint 2013, something went wrong

Hi all,

 

We are running PowerPoint 2013 and occasionally our users are getting the message "we're sorry, something went wrong that might make PowerPoint unstable. Please save your presentations and restart PowerPoint"

 

When they do save they have to select a different username.

 

I've disabled auto save in GPO and applied a hotfix from December but the issue remains.

 

Has anybody else had this?

Not had that but smart notebook causes problems with most Office products so if that is installed I would look at that first.
