As the MIS manager is away, they are not able to answer this query... Many of our staff have to fill out a medical form, for a week where they take some students on activities, but they were wondering if it was possible to almost automatically populate the fields which they are using... They would be going into an excel document, and would have to somehow export the data from their registers.
