timbo343 Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I was wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers on how to enable the helpdesk side of HAP as im possibly looking at making this a Helpdesk for the site team instead of their paper book, trouble is, im struggling to find any information on the add in. The only thing i can find are the plugin files which i have tried to add to my existing HAP install but as soon as i add them it throws an error up. Thanks
