SSD upgrade

I'm looking at replacing my Samsung 830 128gb drive with an EVO 500gb. My current setup has the Win7 PRO & some programs on the SSD along with data and some other programs on a WD Black 1TB HDD. Am I asking for trouble if I try to migrate just the current SSD to the new SSD?

Samsung has a tool to help you there with that
