Extreme Networks SUMMIT X250E-48P POE without a second PSU

So I'm thinking of buying a few Extreme Networks SUMMIT X250E-48P switches for a project where I need lots of POE devices. But on one of the pages of extremes site it says to access the full 15W per port I need an additional PSU. I only need maybe 1/2W per port, does anyone know if i'll be able to use these switches and get POE without an additional PSU?
