SIMS Migration - SQL2005Migration.exe won't run

Here's the problem. I have a fully patched Windows 2000 server with the SIMS SQL2000 db on it. Alongside this, I have installed a fully patched instance of SQL2005.

 

I have come to run the SQL2005Migration application as per the Capita instructions but it bombs out immediately with general protection failures.

 

I have tried contacting support but they are dragging their heels as usual.

 

Any ideas please?!? :?

Are you running it from a network drive? If so - don't!
