Evening All,

Is anyone else having periodic trouble accessing YouTube when not using any Grid Proxies (ie: straight out to net).

It's not an issue that we can pin to our network - as it continues to be broken when we plug a device straight into the BT/SWGfL router, bypassing the firewall. Youtube responds to pings, but all the pages 404, HTTP or HTTPS, UK and international versions - the mobile version (app) of YouTube seems to work on wireless devices as well... just to ramp up the crazy.

Got a call open with SWGfL but the problem is usually gone by the time they get RM to look into it for us, so just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

On the off-chance anyone stumbles across the same issue once they take control of their firewall...

Don't use the Grid DNS boxes anywhere (even as backup options)
