featured_spectre Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Depends on the need. Some sites have been Wordpress because of its ease of use. Some sites have been e107 because of the modifications for the gaming community. Some sites have been phpnuke because its all the admins knew and didn't want to change from that. Some sites have been Joomla because they're very functional and good looking with the right theme. Some I have custom built from scratch, with no CMS, just pages and links, because that was all that was requested.
