Hi all

I'm having all kinds of odd problems with Adobe Creative Cloud applications running on our CC4.4 network. The most common two are the products working for a short period of time, then stating they need to be re-installed with an error 16. The second issue is the products working for a short period of time, then stating that there is a problem with licencing, giving an error 213:11. I can solve both issues for a short period of time by either re-assigning the applications, and/or running the Adobe licencing fix tool, but clearly something is causing these issues.

Looking into the Error 16 issue, its looks like it is a permissions issue, based upon this article. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html

I have tried to create a permissions package with the following security entries, but I am still getting the same issue. HAs anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Never tried creative cloud but my technician managed to cobble together a CC4 package for CS5. I'm sure that we had the error 16 which was resolved by running the app as admin, closing the app and then allowing students to log in. I would also create a smart list on CC4 to highlight how many stations that it is installed on as we had realised that we accidently had allowed the packed to be inherited from other locations, thus putting us well over the 250 licences.
