OWA 2013 - Disable 'Edit Information...'

Hello

I'm currently in the process of doing a migration from exchange 2010 to 2013. I've managed to disable most parts that I don't want users, especially students, to see or be able to modify as they're great at finding ways round systems and playing with anything they can get their hands on!

 

I've managed to disable the photos from within OWA so that students won't see staff photos and that works great.

 

However, how do you stop users from changing the photos/removing? I've edited the 'default role assignment policy' as much as a I can, but the 'edit information..' link is still visible which opens up another box from which they can select and upload a photo.

 

Anyone done this and know how to remove the option?

I followed this guide, although written for 2010, running the commands in 2013 shell appeared to work.

Users can still click the 'edit my information' but the options are now gone on the popup window and they cannot change or remove the photo.
