I want to buy some Monitors but I am look for vga HDMI and usb 3 as well can any one recommend any places to buy form look in to spend little as possibly

The Acer Acer K222HQL can be had for £77. 21.5" Full HD, but they don't have USB unfortunately.

If you don't mind used/refurb you can get dell 17" screens with DVI, VGA and USB, then get a HDMI-DVI cable that could be a very cheap option, talking £20 per screen and they're good screens!

Maybe look at Acer (as above) or Hanns G/BenQ options? Depending on your quantity you can get more of a discount on price, refurbs are worth a look just bear in mind the warranty you'll get. Edited May 21, 2015 by elsiegee40
