apc smart 1500 Runtime issue

hi

i have a smart 1500 ups ( SUA1500I ) And ups load is 19.4 % When the electricity goes off the runtime remaining shows in powerchute is 131 min but after a few seconds the runtime becomes 70 min and continue to fall

and i've switched the battery month ago and still the same problem

At 20% load you should get around ~30min runtime. Not sure why the software is telling you 131/70 minutes to be honest.

the ups turn off after 5-6 min

What have you got plugged into it? If it runs out of battery at 5 minutes then its running more like 100% load.
