[ms office - 2013] Outlook 2013 and Exchange 2010

Hi,

 

Has anybody ever come across this issue before.

 

Site Specs

Server 2008 R2 + Exchange 2010, clients running W7 x64 and Office 2013.

 

When opening Outlook 2013 the connection status shows as connected the jumps to disconnected, then to connecting then finally back to connected. This happens in a loop for roughly ten minutes or more until all new mail has been downloaded and then settles down afterwards. Its not hardware related we don't think, as no other connectivity issues are occurring.

 

Any ideas anyone?
