Microsoft making me head for the Vodka, help please.

Microsoft are stressing me out so much i might have to have a heavy drinking session.

 

Tried phoning them twice but they are no help and can hardly make out what they are saying.

 

The grace period has expired on 1 of our schools Remote desktop, so I'm trying to install the RDP licences on the licence server the school ordered 22.

 

A) which program do i need to select when it on an EES agreement?

 

B) I only have the agreement number which does not seem to match any of the options, support asked for my enrolment number which i said i don't have, he then said I'm transferring you and put the phone down.

 

Can anybody shed any light on what i need to do?

Assuming you got an OVS I did it under "other agreement" and it worked fine.
