Right im currently Sh***ing myself as I have been asked to put two short videos on a disk of one of our SEN children making a huge leap with they're mobility to show the parents. I copied the videos to my HDD then deleted them from the camera as policy here dictates, then i inserted a blank disk and dragged the videos over to copy as with a USB stick. As i dont this the Videos have disappeared from the original folder and are not on the disk.

I have ran Recuva on both the folder on my HDD and the camera, the files are showing but will not play when I have recovered them.

Any and all help is much appreciated, i don't want to think of what will happen to me if i have to go to the SENCO and try to explain to a techphobe that " the computer just lost them , i cant get them back and its not my fault".

Gonna go cry in the toilets now, brb.

Checked the temp area for disc burning? If anything is there it will be hidden.

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Temporary Burn Folder
