SIMS InTouch emails automoatically going to spam folder

Since the recent upgrade a few of our schools have informed us that emails sent to parents are going straight to the spam folder. Capita have advised that we are the only authority (Hertfordshire) experiencing this? Has anyone else got this issue?.
