To get Successmaker 6 (online version) to work.

 

Its the most god awful web based program I have ever had the misfortune to support.

We have the server based version which was also a pain in the a.....

 

The school decided to go to online version as it was supposed to the be latest / greatest product.

 

Randomly we get error messages about incorrect version of java. We update to the latest java, does it work not a chance. I have other PC on much lower versions of java than Pearson say and it still works.

 

Maybe I hit the nail on the head with the word Pearson. They should not be allowed anywhere near software

 

Rant over....Oh and the support is rubbish

 

Anyone get this consistently working
