[ms office - 2007] Basic Manual

Does anyone have an office manual for 2007 or 2013 they'd be willing to share. Doesn't have to have anything relating to SIMS or interaction with other programs (beyond office), but should cover enough on word, Excel and outlook for a person to go from basic loading to doing charts (excel), tracked changes and mail merge (word and excel) and how to utilise outlook to full capacity.

 

Ideally aimed at people that have never used them before. I'm volunteering some of my time for an old folks home so I can help them out. All help appreciated.
