Exchnage 2010 -> Exchange 2013 Migration - Quick Question

Long story short - my existing Exchange 2010 server is somewhat on it last lets. - It has issues!

 

Ive installed a Exchange 2013 (Mailbox and CAS) on a new VM and all seems happy

 

My plan is.......

move the 2010 mailboxes to the 2013 box

reconfigure the Exchange 2013 for OWA access using the existing OWA address

Point Smoothwall and DNS to the new Exchange 2013 server

Shutdown old Exchange 2010 server

 

Does that seem sensible?
