Weird - Samsung ML-2851ND

Hi all,

 

Slightly odd one.

 

We've got a Samsung ML-2851ND in the office of our head of drama. It's fairly recently started churning out page after page of printer check pages (test pages, configuration pages etc). I've done the obvious in restoring it back to factory settings, and had a look around to see what I can find but can't find any solutions.

 

Any ideas?

Could be if it was listed in the directory for students to see, they could be clicking the test print options and what not?

Only thing I can think of is the printer could be going into out of box mode somehow or as I find, teachers pressing the wrong thing!

 

Failing that a driver update/rollback could help?

Quite possible, although it has now been doing the same thing for two different members of staff.

 

Trying to find a way of restoring it to factory settings, but doesn't look an obvious way! But I will look at the drivers as well, thanks
